Strong structure
Industrial sectional lift door features door panels made of double-layer sandwich hot-dip galvanized steel sheets with polyester surface treatment, and a polyurethane foam insulation core with a thickness of 42mm. The end sections of the door panels are equipped with box-type end caps, with connecting hinges mounted on the end caps to guide the door panels into the track. Top and bottom seals made of spherical vinyl resin are installed along the width and height of the door to provide windproof, waterproof, and leak-proof performance. The door balancing system consists of torsion springs, cable drums, steel shafts, locking devices, and fixed flanges. Steel cables are wound around the drums and connected to the anti-breakage device at the bottom of the door. This ensures that, under balanced conditions, the door can be easily lifted even without the motor.

Aluminum Single Panel Sectional Door
GSD-S Aluminum Single Panel Door is also a product applied in e-commerce and logistics real estate. It has excellent wind resistance and is mainly used in non-insulated environments where sealing requirements are not high.

Stable Structure
The upper beam, bottom beam, middle rails, side rails, cover strips, and bottom seal of the aluminum door panel are all made of high-quality aluminum alloy. The transparent panel material can be acrylic or polycarbonate (PC) according to customer requirements. The insulated panel door uses polyurethane foam panels.
An arc-shaped design is applied at the connections between panels to prevent finger pinching.
A reinforced liner is built into the unique cavity design to enhance the tensile strength between the door panels and hinges.
Multiple choices
- ✅ Available bottom material: 40mm thickness polyurethane panel / 16mm thickness aluminum composite panel.
- ✅ The standard window consists of double layer 16mm thickness transparent organic glass with hollow structure. You can also choose 3mm thickness single layer transparent organic glass.
- ✅ Standard color: aluminum natural finish, other colors available via electrostatic powder coating.
