HIGH SPEED COLD DOOR
The application advantages of the GFR-3 insulated high-speed door in low-temperature environments are increasingly evident. Traditional cold storage doors open and close slowly, leaving the cold storage open for extended periods. This results in significant energy loss due to cold air escape, and the ingress of warm, humid air compromises the safety of stored goods and causes corrosion to the evaporator. The insulated high-speed door greatly reduces door open time, minimizes heat exchange, and saves substantial electricity costs.

The door curtain is filled with 2-3cm thick insulation material, providing excellent thermal insulation performance.
Timed short-frequency up-and-down shaking effectively prevents the door curtain from frosting and freezing.
A heating device is installed inside the door frame to prevent the door frame from freezing.
Equipped with an anti-collision automatic reset function, it reduces cold air loss and maintenance costs caused by accidental impact damage.

Roller balls on both sides of the door curtain are fixed inside the track. In case of accidental impact causing door curtain derailment, the curtain can automatically reset during the ascent process without the need for manual repair.
Motor and Gear Reducer:
Servo motor, 220V/380V, 0.55-1.5KW. Other brands are available upon request.
Control System:
Human-machine interface for convenient debugging and precise positioning, ensuring the door can operate more than a thousand cycles per day.
