This GEAJIE DL-H series hydraulic dock leveler is engineered for heavy-duty loading dock operations. Featuring a single inverted cylinder design with Swiss BUCHER full hydraulic control system (emergency stop included) and Japanese NOK seals, it ensures reliable and efficient performance. The unit is built with high-strength anti-skid steel — an 8mm thick Benxi steel deck and a 16mm thick solid tongue plate for enhanced durability. With a dynamic load capacity of 8,000 kg and static rating of 13,600 kg, it supports a working range of +350 mm above to -300 mm below dock level. Key safety features include a full-range toe guard, smooth transition design to prevent forklift impact, and a maintenance safety support bar. The integrated CPU control system with display monitors real-time operation status, fault codes, and system interlocks. Compact in structure, the unit measures 2000×3000×600 mm, fitting a pit size of 2030×3000×610 mm. Ideal for warehouses, logistics centers, and industrial facilities requiring dependable, high-frequency dock leveling solutions.

Equipped with a reliable hydraulic control speed safety valve, the descending speed can be adjusted according to the needs.
Both the board surface and the front tongue plate are made of high-strength anti-skid steel plate, and the table top is made of 8mm high-quality steel plate produced by Benxi Iron and Steel.
The inclined plate frame is made of 10 pieces of 140454 "C" shaped steel and 4mm thick reinforced side plates on both sides, which doubles the supporting force of the traditional channel steel and is more durable.
Tongue plate (length 400mm, whole anti-skid steel plate thickness 16mm) has anti-skid function, use strong and durable lift to adjust the weight of the plate, and cooperate with electric button control operation, simple, fast, convenient and reliable.
Full working range foot protection: to ensure the safety of the operator's feet.
