Factors Determining Platform Length Selection
- Height of the truck carriage floor

- Type of handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.)
Platform Width Selection Depends on the Internal Width of the Truck Carriage
Considerations include receiving goods at the rear end when the vehicle is fully loaded, as well as loading/unloading efficiency when the truck floor is lower than the dock height.
VERTICAL DOCK LEVELERS （DL-V )
DL-V Vertical Dock Levelers are products developed for cold storage unloading docks that require extremely high sealing and insulation. The vertical leveler is installed inside the cold storage. After the dock door descends to the bottom of the pit, the leveler is not exposed to the outside, preventing air convection. Used in conjunction with insulated cold storage rapid doors, it achieves complete sealing of the unloading dock.
APPLICATION ENVIRONMENT
Primarily used in places with high requirements for dock sealing and insulation, such as fresh produce, food, catering, and cold chain logistics.
