Every door is precision-engineered for smooth, quiet, and reliable long-term performance. The prefabricated pivot shaft (main beam tube) and reinforced motor main & auxiliary frame plates ensure friction-free rotation without obstruction or abnormal noise.
Key installation standards:
Header extends 150 mm on each side of the door opening
Track height extends 150 mm above the opening
Motor main and auxiliary frame plates positioned 150 mm away from the opening on both sides
Bottom elevation of frame plates 90 mm lower than the top of the track
Guide rails fixed at intervals of ≤ 600 mm (self-tapping screws or expansion bolts; additional welding optional on steel structures)
Advanced Safety & Operation
• Electric Operation: Button box (Open / Stop / Close) or optional remote control.
• Manual Operation: Chain system for emergency use only.
Built-in safety features include anti-lift lock, bottom safety edge, emergency manual override, and precise limit switch for strong wind resistance and full protection.
Installation of the Guide Rails
Guide rails are installed with infrared level and tape measure for perfect vertical alignment. Fixed with self-tapping screws or expansion bolts at ≤600 mm intervals (extra welding points available for steel-structure openings).
Usage Precautions & Daily Maintenance
Operator must stay in line of sight until door fully stops.
No person or object may pass under a moving or partially open door.
Never stand under the door curtain or insert hands/objects into gaps.
Maintenance:
Regularly clear debris from guide rails.
Lubricate motor drive chain and sprockets periodically.
