Not long ago, a customer was assembling one of our inflatable dock shelters. They followed the detailed manual carefully. To make the process even clearer and safer, we provided a full walk-through video, close-up shots of key connection points, and an important safety reminder about removing the bottom fixing strap before powering on.
This experience confirmed something important: Support should not end when the goods leave the factory.
We are therefore investing in clearer visual resources and practical guidance that cover critical installation steps. Our goal is to help reduce uncertainty on site and make the process smoother for both dealers and their end customers.

2. Helping Dealers Move from Single Products to Complete Solutions

Many dealers still quote individual items. Those winning more projects are increasingly able to offer coordinated packages — levelers working together with seals, shelters and doors.
We are developing clearer combination recommendations and supporting materials so dealers can present higher-value solutions with more confidence. When the end customer sees a more complete answer to their efficiency, energy and safety needs, price becomes less of the only deciding factor.
This is one of the most practical ways we can help dealers increase average project value.

3. Stronger Day-to-Day Support for International Dealers

Demand from Europe and other international markets continues to grow. In response, we are focusing on:
